The Direct Marker Link feature allows users to easily share or navigate to specific locations on a map by generating a unique URL for any marker.

By activating the permalink settings, each marker has a unique ID that is included in the URL, along with other dynamic permalink parameters, enabling precise map views that highlight or focus on selected markers. This ensures users can consistently return to or share a specific map configuration across different platforms.

This feature simplifies navigation and sharing for users, with easy access via a Copy Link Icon in the marker detail panel.

Please note that the Direct Marker Link function only works with full-screen maps and is not compatible with maps embedded via shortcodes.

To test how it works, click the button below, and a fullscreen map will open in a new window with the focus on the marker whose ID is already set in the URL.
